We understand life is unpredictable, so if you change your mind about a product after receiving it (within 7 days), we are happy to issue store credit (valid for 1 year). Store credit will be issued once the returned piece is quality checked and is found to be unworn/unused and all the packaging and tags are intact.
In the rare case, that you receive a damaged product, we will issue a refund. Refunds are processed after stringent quality checks. The product must be returned with original packaging and tags, and the product must be unused and unworn. Refunds are processed within 5-7 days of our warehouse receiving the product.
